Tom Finn is the Founder and CEO of The Shift Effect Initiative. Tom is on a mission to help leaders make big impact in their work, their organizations, and their lives through the power of small shifts.
Scenarios like overload, frayed relationships, conflict, organizational politics, clutter, and personal “fatal flaws” tend to keep us stuck, frustrated, or longing for better results.
